Mark Cuban is the new Patron Saint of All Things Fun in Dallas. Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, agreed on Wednesday to pay the remaining $40,000 needed to put on Greenville Avenue’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
