'Penny Wars' raise funds for West

Dallas Lutheran School students held a “penny wars” April 29 – May 3 to raise funds to assist the families in West, Texas. Lincolns (pennies and $5 bills) boosted your team’s score and everything else sabotaged your opponents’. Threat forces SMU to lockdown

SMU was locked down briefly Friday morning in response to a potential threat. After learning at approximately 8:35 a.m. about a potentially armed man in the vicinity, near Greenville and SMU Boulevard, the SMU campus began emergency actions. City Council race sends District 14 into runoff
