Dallas resident named to IRS panel

Robert Phillips, a long-time Dallas resident, was recently selected by the Treasury Department to serve on the nationwide Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP). One of 75 volunteers, he will represent the North Texas area taxpayers as well as work on national issues.
