Cold weather boot camp offered

Chamberlain Studios of Self Defense located at 2114 Kidwell St. in Lakewood, will be conducting a FREE Cold Weather Boot Camp Jan. 28 – Feb. 1 from 6-7 a.m. The event will also be a benefit for the North Texas Food Bank, as the entry fee is a can of food for each day of the boot camp.
