Scarborough Renaissance Festival unveils the mysteries of sirens of the seas with the opening of its newest attraction – “Mermaid Lagoon.” Mermaid Lagoon will feature the Captain of the seas and lovely mermaids who will captivate the young and old with their enchanting song. Robert Phillips, a long-time Dallas resident, was recently selected by the Treasury Department to serve on the nationwide Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP). One of 75 volunteers, he will represent the North Texas area taxpayers as well as work on national issues.
