Inspirational work leads to $1.5 million gift
The Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture announced two endowment gifts totaling $1.5 million, and Board Co-Chairs Russell Bellamy and David Griffin have been instrumental in acquiring matching funding for a designated portion of the total. Do you consider yourself a master at gardening? The Dallas County Master Gardeners (DCMG) are now accepting applications to the 2013 Master Gardener Training School. Classes will meet on Mondays, July 29-Oct. 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding Labor Day on Sept. 2.
