Police start mobile loud music program
On April 1, the Northeast Division started a 311 Vehicle Mobile Noise Violation pilot program. Calls involving vehicles that are in motion on any Dallas public street in the Northeast Division and emitting a loud noise can be reported to 311 and a service request will be generated.
