Two seniors receive Lee Scholarships
Melinda Ann Lee Scholarship Awards of $2,000 each were presented to two Lake Highlands High School seniors. Laura Oualline (on the left) received the Melinda Lee Texas Tech Endowed Scholarship. 'Penny Wars' raise funds for West
Dallas Lutheran School students held a “penny wars” April 29 – May 3 to raise funds to assist the families in West, Texas. The Ladies Polo Auxiliary presented the 12th annual Polo on the Lawn on May 8 benefitting Project Transformation. This year’s cooler weather was a respite from the heat at Prestonwood Polo Club. Threat forces SMU to lockdown
SMU was locked down briefly Friday morning in response to a potential threat. After learning at approximately 8:35 a.m. about a potentially armed man in the vicinity, near Greenville and SMU Boulevard, the SMU campus began emergency actions.
