The Police award was presented by Sergeant John Rigney (second from left) to Senior Corporal Lance Raymond (center) with the Northeast Sub Station. The Fire Department award was presented by Battalion Chief Nathan Dower (right) to Lt. Mike Guilkey (second from right) with Fire Station 39.
