Class 2A District 3 is comprised of six schools, including Lakehill, Dallas Covenant, Cambridge, Fairhill, Desoto Canterbury and Waco Vanguard.
Lakehill had a fantastic showing, with 14 honorees:
Girls' Basketball:
First Team All-District: Amanda Boles, Jenna Burch, and Maia Heard
Second Team All-District: Alexis Franklin, Ayana Heard, and Sam Caldwell
Honorable Mention - Kelly Werther
Boys' Basketball:
First Team All-District: Cris McCarty, Drew Norman, and Austin Simpson
Second Team All-District: Jimmy LaBrie and Kurt Norman
Honorable Mention: Beau Bunger and Grant Hillbert
Additionally, Austin Simpson was selected as the District Defensive Player of the Year.
