Serves 4-6

2 racks baby back ribs

½ cup Stonewall Kitchen Korean BBQ sauce

¼ cup Stonewall Kitchen Korean BBQ sauce, for basting

2 tablespoons sugar

In a glass tray, marinate ribs in Korean BBQ sauce.

Leave in fridge overnight, turning once.

Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the ribs from the fridge and baste with Korean BBQ sauce.

Lay ribs, meat side up, on an oven tray and place in the oven for two hours. Baste every 30 minutes.

In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle each rack with 1 tablespoon of sugar and baste once more.

Ribs should be tender with caramelized edges before serving.

Serve with rice and a vegetarian lettuce wrap as pictured.
