Green Grocer, in partnership with Artizone.com, is slated to open at 3614 Greenville Ave. with approximately 4,000 square feet of retail space. An intimate, neighborhood market featuring organically grown, locally produced food and specialty items, Green Grocer will be a one-stop shop to pick up every day grocery items, lunch to go, ingredients for a fresh and delicious dinner or a gift basket for a friend.

The new shop will offer consumers an alternative to the large-chain grocery store and will support small vendors by providing a retail outlet to showcase their products.

“We are thrilled to be opening in Dallas,” Cassie Green, founder of Green Grocer Chicago, said. “We pride ourselves on helping local purveyors find a shelf and tell their story.”

With an enthusiasm for sustainable food and cooking, Gary Stephens and Cassie Green started Green Grocer in Chicago, which quickly became a staple of the West Town neighborhood. “Artizone.com and Green Grocer share the vision of supporting small business and local artisans while offering fresh, quality products,” Lior Lavy, Vice President Go-to-Market, Artizone.com, said. Artizone.com is an online market for local food shops and a home delivery service. For information go to artizone.com.
